Conifer Creek Townhomes Housing Application

  1. Please submit your application with the $25.00 non‐refundable Application Fee, $200.00 Administrative Fee (which is refundable if no lease is signed, but non‐refundable upon signing of lease and $250.00 Security Deposit to Conifer Creek Townhomes. The security deposit is refundable until your lease is signed. After the lease is signed, the deposit will be held by management for the term of the lease.
  2. Accommodations are limited and will be leased on a first‐come, first‐served basis. The acceptance of this application does not insure an accommodation. An accommodation is reserved only upon execution of the Lease Agreement by all parties. Prices are subject to change.

Housing Selection

Numerically list choices in order of preference. Requests are not guaranteed. If space is available, request will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Four bedroom, Three ½ Bath with One stall garage

Rent is payable with one check each month. Leases are individual leases. For example, three residents pay one resident and the one resident writes the rent check for the entire unit.

Please list the names of your roommates below. All roommate choices must be mutual in order to be placed together.

If you fail to answer any question, or if you have given false information, we are entitled to (1) reject the application, (2) retain all processing fees and deposits as liquidated damages for any time and expense, and (3) terminate any right to lease the bedroom or (4) if you have signed a lease, it will be a violation of the lease.

Parental/Guardian Guarantee (separate from lease) must be signed by guardian by move in date unless Conifer Creek Townhomes management states otherwise.
